Privacy policy
This policy explains what information may be collected through the IXNEURA website, why it is used, and how you can contact us about your information.
Updated: 23 October 2026
1. About this policy
This privacy policy explains how IXNEURA handles information submitted through this website and certain technical information generated when the website is used.

2. Information you choose to provide
When you contact IXNEURA or submit an enquiry, you may provide information such as your name, work email address, company name and a description of the project, workflow or business problem you would like to discuss.
Depending on the enquiry form, you may also choose to provide information about your existing tools, website, expected timeline, budget or other project requirements.
Please do not submit passwords, authentication credentials, confidential customer records, payment-card information or sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form.
3. How we use enquiry information
Information submitted through the website may be used to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- understand your project or business requirements;
- evaluate whether IXNEURA can assist with the requested work;
- prepare or discuss a potential proposal or project scope;
- communicate with you about the enquiry; and
- protect the website and enquiry system from misuse or abuse.
Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a contractual relationship.
4. How website enquiries are processed
The website validates your form and sends accepted fields over HTTPS to its configured enquiry-processing service. Official enquiries may be directed to contact@ixneura.com. Authorised members of the IXNEURA team handle them as needed for sales, project evaluation, support, administration or delivery.
A successful form message means the processing service accepted the request. It does not mean a person has read it or agreed to a project. If acceptance cannot be confirmed, the form retains the entered details in the current page so you can retry or contact us directly. The website does not save form contents in its rate-limit database.
5. Abuse prevention and technical information
The enquiry system may process limited technical information for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.
For rate limiting, the website stores an hourly salted digest derived from the connection IP, a request count and an expiry time. It does not store the raw IP in that table. Expired entries are removed during later form requests; this is separate from retention of enquiry messages and infrastructure logs.
Hosting, security and network infrastructure providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and request metadata as part of providing and protecting their services.
6. Analytics
Website measurement may include page visits and technical performance information through Cloudflare. The site’s general interaction event contract allows only known page paths, CTA placements, coarse engagement and form outcome categories. It excludes enquiry contents, names, email addresses, query strings and persistent visitor identifiers. Form acceptance and a qualified human conversation are separate outcomes.
7. Browser storage and cookies
The website does not intentionally store enquiry form submissions in browser local storage or similar persistent browser storage.
Hosting, security or access-control services may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary to provide, secure or administer their services.
8. Service providers
Cloudflare provides this website’s hosting and edge infrastructure. Enquiry handling may also use automation and communication providers. Other IXNEURA systems may use APIs, AI services, databases or storage according to the individual project; that does not mean every such service receives this website’s enquiries.
Provider roles, access and processing arrangements depend on the service in use. Contact us for information relevant to your enquiry or project before sharing sensitive material.
The specific providers used by the website may change as the infrastructure evolves.
9. Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose, applicable business requirements, contractual obligations, security, dispute handling or legal requirements. IXNEURA has not adopted one universal numerical retention period for all information. A project may define a more specific schedule.
Information that is no longer reasonably required may be deleted or anonymized, subject to any applicable legal or operational retention requirements.
10. Information sharing
IXNEURA does not sell personal information submitted through the website.
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the website, process an enquiry, provide requested services or maintain the security of the service.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process or a valid request from an authorized public authority.
11. International processing
International cloud, hosting, communication, software, AI or API providers may in some circumstances process or store information outside your country. Processing arrangements depend on the actual system; this policy does not promise that all data remains in India.
Where this occurs, appropriate measures should be used where required by applicable data-protection law.
12. Security
IXNEURA uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled through the website.
However, no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Your privacy requests
Depending on the laws that apply to you and to the processing of your information, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or other aspects of your personal information.
Send a privacy request to the direct email below, stating the information or interaction concerned and the action you are requesting. Avoid sending sensitive records or identity documents in the first message. Authorised IXNEURA team members may clarify the request, verify the requester where necessary and coordinate with relevant providers. Applicable requirements and the circumstances determine the response; no universal response time is promised here.
For privacy requests, email contact@ixneura.com. Describe your request without sending identity documents or sensitive records.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
14. Third-party websites and services
The IXNEURA website may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services.
Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, and this policy does not govern information you provide directly to them.
15. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated when the website, enquiry process, service providers or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page together with its effective or updated date.
