Less friction.
More flow.
Better business.

For teams managing enquiries and follow-ups across disconnected tools. We connect the workflow so people have the context and next action they need.

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

Your tools are working.
Are they working
together?

The gaps between your systems
become work for your people.

Copying information. Chasing updates. Switching tabs to answer a simple question. Small points of friction become the way the business runs.

We look at the whole workflow, then build the connections, intelligence and tools that make it work as one.

A strong fit is recurring work that crosses tools or people, with an accountable process owner who can review requirements and decisions. A focused software or dashboard project can also be a fit when the problem is clear. We check whether a simpler process or existing software would be enough before proposing a build.

03 / CONNECTED BY DESIGN

Many moving parts.
One considered system.

See how information moves from a business need to a useful action. Select a workflow, then explore each step.

Every enquiry arrives with context. Every next step has an owner.

01 / Capture enquiry

Bring email, website and messaging enquiries into one intake flow.

A workflow model. The right system starts with your operation.

04 / SELECTED WORK

A workflow, made concrete.

For ecommerce and fashion teams: explore the enquiry-to-stylist workflow and dashboard frontend demo, then read the Shobhini client review and inspect the system.

06 / THE IXNEURA WAY

Technical depth.
Practical judgment.

Meet the thinking behind IXNEURA

The problem comes first.

We question the workflow before recommending the technology. Sometimes the best solution is a simpler process.

People stay in control.

Clear interfaces, sensible permissions and thoughtful human handoffs are part of the system.

The launch is a beginning.

Documentation, maintainability and agreed support matter as much as the first working version.

07 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we talk.

A little clarity on what working
together could look like.

Where do we start if we do not know what to automate?

Start with one recurring frustration: work that gets repeated, information that goes missing, or a process that depends on one person. We can map what happens today and assess whether technology will help.

Can you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We assess existing software and its integration options first. Where a tool has a suitable API or export, it can often remain part of the system. We explain limitations before recommending changes.

Does every project need AI?

No. Many operational problems are better solved with clearer workflows, reliable integrations or straightforward software. We use AI when the task benefits from interpretation, extraction or working with unstructured information.

How are scope, cost and timelines decided?

Discovery may include requirements, workflow maps, architecture, integration needs and a delivery plan. The proposal specifies the outputs, estimate assumptions, milestones and acceptance checks. India projects may be quoted in INR; international currency, taxes and payment schedules are confirmed per proposal. The optional USD form bands are planning context, not prices.

What happens after deployment?

Support and maintenance are defined per project or plan. Coverage may include bug fixes, monitoring, workflow maintenance and agreed adjustments; new features and integrations are change requests. Third-party operating costs are separate unless included in the proposal. Ownership, handover conditions and any response times are agreed for the engagement.
